I never use this item before no instructions. I thought I can use it as a body float to able to float on my stomach and back to relax floating above water. I guess you sit on the float Don't know what the use are the half circles two sizes Won't Benefit me for training I think it just a toy and not worthwhile waste of money They can keep it

It wasn't the size that I thought it would be. Much, much too large and cumbersome to carry as a swim aide for non-swimming customers.
However I was pleased with the fast delivery of the items. Kudos to the returns at Happy Returns function.
