      Perfect!

      I teach strength training/group fitness classes at my gym. I incorporate medicine ball training in some of my classes. I had a variety of medicine balls but I needed some more 6 lb. balls and I needed something lighter for the older members who struggle with their hands. The 4 lb balls are perfect for them. The balls are very well made and perfect for my classes!

      This is perfect for kids who are starting out with strength training. Bouncy and balanced. A good item for the home gym.
