Competitor3/16" Braided Nylon Cord Per Ft

I was going to purchase this product with the new backstroke flags that I did purchase until I saw the price in cart. While $ 0.38/foot is a little steep I originally thought of the convenience of getting both items together... until I saw the shipping costs in checkout. First off high quality 3/16 inch nylon braided rope typically sells for $0.19/foot and slightly lower quality rope of this size, but still very functional for this application (sold by Koch Industries), sells for $10.00 in a 100 foot bundle. In addition to the $0.38/foot being charged here the shipping cost was an additional $30 in my checkout ledger. Bottom line, this rope is a horrible deal. If you get the backstroke flags, which are very nice, save your money and buy the braided nylon rope elsewhere.
