What is a Custom Cap Group Buy Order?

A Custom Cap Group Buy allows members of your team to purchase your team caps individually. The caps will be paid for individually and shipped directly to them at the same time.

How Does It Work?

1. Design Your Team Cap. Up to 3 screens (colors) for your logo/design. Allow athletes to add their name below the logo by choosing Add Names. Optional.

2. Review Period (3–5 Business Days): We will collaborate with our cap vendor to finalize the design.

3. Ordering Window (Up to 2 Weeks): Once your design is approved, set a window—up to two weeks—for your team to order caps through your team store. Be sure to remind your team members to buy caps within the selected window.

4. Production & Delivery (3–5 Weeks): After the ordering window closes we place a bulk order with the vendor. Once production is complete (1-3 weeks), the caps are shipped directly to each team member and should arrive within 3-5 weeks from the close of your order window.

Minimum Order Requirement: If your team does not meet the minimum quantity by the deadline, the team is responsible for purchasing any remaining caps needed to reach the minimum. We will not cancel orders or issue individual refunds. Order minimums are 26 units for Silicone Custom Caps and 50 units for Latex Custom Caps.
