  • 11/9/2016 Exceptional Goggle

    5 Review Stars By oncearunner

Out of the box I didn't need to make any fit adjustments, but if any are necessary the instructions on the "how" are clear. The fit is comfortable with a nice soft seal around my eyes. Most of my swim time is in an outdoor pool with start times at either 6 or 7 AM. In these low light conditions vision is very good. Haven't had any fogging issues. I got the black color, but now think I should have added a splash of color.

  • 2/2/2014 Comfortable, after much adjustment.

4 Review Stars By Yvonne H.

It took some adjustment and they did leak several times while I was getting them right. They do fit right now, and the visibility is crystal clear. They are somewhat overpriced, considering there are some equally good goggle designs out there for almost half the price that I never had the fitting issues with as I did with these. They are better than many I've used about not leaving suction  marks on your face. They are comfortable. For the money, I will probably  continue getting the less expensive ones that have all the same benefits as these and skip buying this one again.

  • 5/28/2014 Foggy!

    2 Review Stars By DLF

Wish I could fully recommend these goggles.  Soft fit so there's no 'goggle eyes', highly comfortable, but they FOG constantly.  Anti-fog or baby shampoo are the only preventative fogging agents.  My old goggles only required a lil spit.

  • 7/27/2016 My favorite goggle

    5 Review Stars By Raphaela

I use this goggle indoor and outdoor. It has polarized lenses but not so dark, that makes it can be used in both environment.
It is very comfortable looks fashionable. Some of my friends asked me to buy them the same product in same color.

  • 6/6/2014 The Best Goggles!

    5 Review Stars By Allie

These are the best goggles I have ever purchased. They are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have been doing a lot of long distance swimming and all the other goggles I have tried would become painful on my face and eyes around mile 2. The eye area is large, they don't leak, and they don't press to hard on the head or under the eyes. I would highly recommend these goggles to anyone competing in long distance swim races.

  • 7/22/2016 Great goggles

    3 Review Stars By Maria

If getting for a child make sure you order small, had to return because it was too big for her. She likes it very much, fit is great doesn't hurt her or make her eyes bulge but the plastic part holding the band on the side goggle cracked when it was dropped and water does seep in with frequent use over time. Could be made sturdier esp. with its price. Saved the band and ordered another pair in zebra  because it's the only goggles she likes.

  • 7/6/2014 TYR Special Ops Polarized

    3 Review Stars By Tom

I love the polarized lenses, but they leak and fogged immediately the first day, so they didn't live up to my expectations.  The nose piece is not adjustable. If I could adjust them closer together, I think the leaking would stop.

  • 7/13/2014 Perfect

    5 Review Stars By steve_us

I bought them last week and used them several times. I didn't even have to change the strap length, they fitted perfectly as they came out of the box. They don't fog and the do not leak at all. In addition you can't feel that you have them on, they don't have the tight feel. I got them recommended by my coach. I can only highly recommend them.

ABOUT THIS BRAND

TYR

Founded in Southern California in 1985, TYR™ has since developed a reputation for high-quality products and equipment. TYR competition swimwear and triathlon gear have been a dominant force in their respective industries. The company is also known for its TYR goggles, swim apparel, triathlon wetsuits and a wide variety of swimming equipment.

TYR was the first company to introduce a pair of goggles designed to fit a woman's face (the TYR T-72). TYR was also responsible for the famous red bathing suits featured on the hit television series "Baywatch." TYR consults with current and former athletes when developing its products. Swimmers know that TYR is a leader in swimsuits, warm-up suits, and swim training equipment. The TYR Tracer Series is one of the most advanced technical suit lines on the market. The TYR Hurricane wetsuits and the TYR Torque collections include top-of-the-line suits for the competitive swimmer.

TYR has also moved into competitive running equipment. From running shirts to shorts, its apparel is designed with the runner in mind. Built with moisture wicking fabric and antimicrobial material, TYR running apparel is designed to give the athlete the most comfortable, dry clothing on the market.

The name "TYR" is derived from the Norse god of warriors, who is said to have embodied victory and glory. Much the same can be said about the athletes who started TYR. Executive Vice President, Steve Furniss, was an Olympian who competed in the 1972 and 1976 Summer Games, and captained the 76th U.S. Olympic Swim Team.
