      Pull Buoy Life

After a 40 year competitive running career, I had to switch to swimming and due to a back injury couldn't swim without a pull buoy. Fortunately, my back is ok now but I use a pull buoy , especially in small pools where one turns frequently. I swim between one and two hours almost every day plus bicycle at least an hour. I joke that I'm a triathlete--swimming, cycling, and bragging.

Love that you're still crushing it at swimming, cycling, and bragging! The pull buoy is perfect for those frequent turns.

Swim Pull Buoy is great for beginning swimmers

This is a must have to learn how to swim better. It keeps your bum/legs from dropping so you can focus on breathing and strokes.

      Handy Dandy float

Super little gadget to help stabilize legs while working arms. I also held it close to my upper body and bicycled my legs upright. Small and mighty!
