I have deep eye sockets.  Pulled these out of envelope and fit was perfect.  No pain around eye and no leaking.  Very good visibility.  I recomend for anyone with deep sockets.

  • 1/23/2016 Best goggles I've had!

    5 Review Stars By bamagirl

I've been a lap swimmer for about 20 years, and only started wearing goggles as an adult.  Always had difficulty with googles leaving bad marks on my face or leaking until I found these a few years ago.  I have just bought my 6th pair (have them in both clear and mirrored, for swimming indoors or outside) and will continue to purchase these as long as they are available.  They last a year or more for me, swimming about an hour twice a week.  Very highly recommend these.

These are the best as in MOST COMFORTABLE goggles I have ever owned.  They stay nice & clear and don't dig into by eye sockets like every other kind I've tried.

  • 1/29/2010 optics distort under water

1 Review Stars By Arthur L.

gaskets form a good seal with out that sucking your eyes  out feel, but the optics distort under water pretty badly, making them unusably for me.

  • 2/7/2011 Not for little faces

3 Review Stars By Paige S.

Probably a great goggle, but if you are a woman (or man, for that matter) with a small-ish face, probably not the best.  The eye pieces were a little too far apart, and the there is no way to adjust that distance.

  • 12/23/2020 I can almost see clearly now

    3 Review Stars By Larry

This is my 4th pair of these goggles over the years.. I have small, shallow eye sockets and these cover them appropriately. The Swedish style racing goggles dig in and other goggles are too big.
Looking at the deck clock or anything above the water line is fine. I have 20/20 vision most days and these don't present an issue there. In the water however (face down) features are blurry. The black line is not as distinct. I have trouble detecting the individual tiles that make it up. It is just this black mass. I think this is an artifact of the  focal distance difference in water vs. out of the water. Other goggles that I use I am able to make out these distinctions. So it is definitely the goggle.
That all said, I continue to purchase them since they fit properly, don't leak, and are comfortable. As long as I can see a black line I'm fine. I don't need to count the tiles just yet.

  • 9/3/2013 Best goggles for me.

5 Review Stars By Emily H.

These are soft, comfortable and easy to get on and off.  They fit my small frame eyes with no leaking.  Being clear, it is easy to see while in the indoor pool or in the outdoor pool for lap swim at 6:00 am when it is still dark.  They are even inexpensive.

  • 12/10/2020 TYR NEST PRO SWIM GOGGLE

5 Review Stars By Mark H.

Easy to adjust, leaks very minimal, without the straps being so tight that my eyeballs get sucked out of their sockets. I have used smoke colored goggles for years, the clear lens brightens the view considerably for indoor lap swimming. I like them, it’s nice to have quality goggles that you can rely on.

  • 2/19/2015 Most comfortable goggles

    5 Review Stars By lhn

These are the only goggles I buy.  They fit perfectly, no leaking, no need to over-tighten.  The wide lens enables panoramic vision. I buy them in bulk because our local store often is out of stock. I am a female, 47 year old master's swimmer.

About This Brand

TYR

Founded in Southern California in 1985, TYR™ has since developed a reputation for high-quality products and equipment. TYR competition swimwear and triathlon gear have been a dominant force in their respective industries. The company is also known for its TYR goggles, swim apparel, triathlon wetsuits and a wide variety of swimming equipment.

TYR was the first company to introduce a pair of goggles designed to fit a woman's face (the TYR T-72). TYR was also responsible for the famous red bathing suits featured on the hit television series "Baywatch." TYR consults with current and former athletes when developing its products. Swimmers know that TYR is a leader in swimsuits, warm-up suits, and swim training equipment. The TYR Tracer Series is one of the most advanced technical suit lines on the market. The TYR Hurricane wetsuits and the TYR Torque collections include top-of-the-line suits for the competitive swimmer.

TYR has also moved into competitive running equipment. From running shirts to shorts, its apparel is designed with the runner in mind. Built with moisture wicking fabric and antimicrobial material, TYR running apparel is designed to give the athlete the most comfortable, dry clothing on the market.

The name "TYR" is derived from the Norse god of warriors, who is said to have embodied victory and glory. Much the same can be said about the athletes who started TYR. Executive Vice President, Steve Furniss, was an Olympian who competed in the 1972 and 1976 Summer Games, and captained the 76th U.S. Olympic Swim Team.
