If you are looking for a dedicated swimmer's smart watch this might be it. Out of the box and on my wrist after a couple of setup options the watch accurately counted my laps while monitoring heart rate and stroke efficiency. Some might not like that you have to use a USB cable to download your workout onto your laptop. Highly recommended

This is my second one. The last one lasted 5-6 years. I replaced the battery at least twice with no problems/leaks. It’s face numbers are big enough to quickly read without slowing down my lap swimming. Don’t use as a watch it’s not that accurate over time.

This watch is amazing. I swim 6 days a week and love to count but this vibrate function (I'm kinda simple) is a cool confirmation. I set it up for 200 yards and did it alot of times today. 5,000 yards! All backstroke - non-stop.

Although I am still getting used to it, I find this watch much easier to figure out than my previous watches (e.g., how to track my open water swims). It's very solid and the folks at SwimOutlet.com were very helpful in answering my questions.
