      Check size for you

      All of these rash guards come in small medium, large and XL but depending upon the brand I wear a small and one a medium and another and a large in a third. So be prepared to send it back for a different size. But, I love this Roche card and now that I know I am a medium I’m good!

      I got a size M just to feel more comfortable, and I was right! I’m 5’9”, athletic and slim, and the rash guard still fits perfectly.

      If you are trying to protect your back and arms from the burning sun in outdoor pool this is perfect. I selected a small so it is a tiny bit tight but It doesn’t fill up with water, That way there is very little drag. I wear triathlon bike pants and a very light bikini top underneath then if I want to take off the jersey in middle of workout I can!

      Finally I have found something that actually works in the outdoor pool. Hope I will not have anymore cancers.🤗
