Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I needed a replacement for a jammer that had stretched a bit (or because I lost some weight) and this one looked like what I wanted. The fit is snug, which is just fine. After an hour of lap swimming the suit leaves compression rings around my thighs just above the knee but I don't consider that a flaw or a problem. After all, it's a COMPRESSION jammer. Some say the fit & sizing is small but I found that it's not too small for my waist size & body type. Nice bright color too, without being too flashy!! Highly recommended.
