      These light weight water dumbbells are the perfect size, especially if you have rotator cuff issues or are experiencing pain in arms or shoulders doing water aerobics. This size provides just enough resistance under the water to do all the exercises and also to keep me afloat when doing other exercises -or balancing in water. Great brand, great price.
