As a photographer with lots of gear this wagon is the perfect solution for lugging gear around a property where the terrain is uneven,. Ir collapses easily, folds up easily and a clasp keeps it closed. The wheels move easily. It stores flat. And it is cheap compared to any other "luggage" used for photography equipment. It's a really good deal.

I use it to tote team softball equipment from car to the field. Have yet to go thru sand, but travels well on pavement and grass. The second level works for storing the Bownets that I use while the upper bin handles buckets and coolers. It is a bit on the heavy side when folded and lifting into the car, but that is what allows it to carry so much weight. The thumb tabs on the locking mechanism of the second level fall off, but are not important to the operation. The cup and storage netting works well to hold things you want easy access to. The handle is also strong and operates very well.

I was able to load up bags, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler and make one trip--which was great--going from the car to the beach entrance. The downside is it DID NOT DO WELL in the sand AT ALL. I had to have another person help me pick it up to get it to our spot on the beach.
