    Solid

Fit is a bit snug, but this thing has good buoyancy and good leg movement. For the price, I’m not sure it can be beaten.

Not recommended for triathlons or open-water swimming

I bought it for open water swimming. While it may be fine for other sports such as surfing, water skiing or kayaking in cooler water, it's not ideal for fast open water swimming or triathlon events. I found it's a bit too thick & heavy, a bit scratchy against my skin, and not form-fitting to my body type. It holds pockets of water, which creates too much drag. However, I also scuba dive in cold water (Lake Superior), and this may work well to provide an extra layer of thermal protection inside a 7mm wetsuit for extremely cold temps - ie, 40s. There are other brands that are more specifically designed for open water & triathlon events.
