    Great product for sustained and even carbs.

    I am a type 1 diabetic and I use GU to keep my blood sugar sustained and even during endurance events. It goes with me on every road bike ride, hike, surf, and swim. It's easy to eat and it's easy on my tummy even in rough conditions.
