Easy to do stretch
I used to use slot-less straps, but they are too much work for me because of my injured right wrist. So I switched to this one. I like this strap very much. I can put my feet and hands in the slots and easily stretch.

Does the job
I tried this last night during yoga practice and it is easier on my hands due to the handles and I can also feel the stretch a lot more. I already have my own strap; however, this one has handles to grip on better. It works.

low quality strap
I am aware of Gaiam and in fact love my Gaiam yoga mat but this strap is downright low quality that too for 15$ its way too much.Very very disappointed
