Glide rocks!
I am trying to get back to lap swimming as an older lady. This snorkel allows me to swim without turning my head to breathe, and the effect on my endurance and effort. I can focus on a smooth form and easy breathing. It is helping a lot.

No more severe neck pain!
I have been a swimmer for more than 40 years and have developed chronic neck pain due to severe spinal stenosis over the past few years. I am a bilateral freestyle breather and recently had to stop swimming freestyle due to the neck pain. I see people at the pool with snorkels and decided it was time for me to try one. I am so glad I chose Finis! Super comfortable, no marks on my forehead (I secure it over my cap), and the mouthpiece is fully sealed. I'm back to swimming all strokes and couldn't be happier!
