Welcome Conroe Crusaders!

Required items: short blade fins, kickboard, paddles, pull bouy, goggles, swim cap, yoga/excercise mat, resistance bands, athletic shoes (for dryland). Additionally, junior high and high school groups are also required to have a team suit.

Recommended: swim parka, spare goggles, spare swim cap, medicine ball, mesh gear bag, dry bag (swim backpack)
