I've only used this to swim so far, but this would be great to bike and/or run in. It fit true to size and has little grip strips on the sleeves and the bottom to hold in place. I swam with the zipper halfway down and it stayed in place. It's light but not see-through, and doesn't cling. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it.

I swam and then rode my bike afterwards in this. It was comfortable and had the right “give”’in the right places. I would recommend this for a triathlon.
