Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This suit fits perfectly, and the material has a better feel compared to most other brands. I first wore it at the pool and was pleased with how comfortable it is in the water. This past week the ocean temperature was 75 degrees, so I wore the Sporti to the beach. The suit stayed on me despite being pounded repetitively by the waves.
