Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought this to swim laps occasionally. Im 5'3'' and range between 135-145lb and I got a Medium. This suit just fits weird in general. Im a 36C and my boobs were not supported. The bottom was also very small and my butt hung out.

Suit is great if you are small chested and thin. If you are busty and have wide hips like me, the suit will not be placed right, and your sides will show. Also the back dips low similar to a microback suit. Other than that, the back is great, and straps are sturdy. Have seen others do swim practices with this suit with no issues.Usually would not buy this kind of suit, but it was on sale.

This suit fit me so well. It was also really comfortable on my shoulders and back. But one major complaint was that the color faded reallly easily. I had gotten a purple and black and they both faded color in about 2 months. Other than that, really great suit
