These paddles are comfortable to wear and can be used with or without the wrist strap. The holes allow water to pass through, which helps you in getting a good feel of the water. They have good resistance, but don’t over stress the shoulders.

Bought these paddles for my butterfly with the intention to feel every part of the pull. I have to say they do not disappoint me at all. With other words I totally love them. Especially the last part of the pull, the exit of the hands, throwing hands (+ the connected arms) into the recovery. Super nice, fast feeling. Summary: these paddles are teaching me how to exit the water with my hands during butterfly. And very light in weight! ... Thank you!
