I’m 5’9” 185# 42 inch chest 34 inch waist and the XLS fits me just right albeit this is a snug fit with leg wrist seals. This material is very stretchy and care must be taken putting on taking off as I think even with the jersey material on the outside durability may be and issue but so far so good. Withe the seals and the fit this suit is good for me down to about 60F water and air temps for kiteboarding. I also own own the 4/3mm version and thats good maybe down to 50F but the windchill factor without closed cell sharkskin neoprene that’s about it. Very comfortable suit but on/off need to watch finger/toe nails with tight seals on wrists/ankles.

I enjoy wearing the Psycho One Zen. It has many superior properties. The 3/2 dries fast, it is a comfortable fabric (soft and smooth), all seals are great (even around the wrists and ankles), it is easy to put on and take off, it is flexible- great for surfing. The tightness around the wrists and ankles takes a little longer to take off, not a big deal.
