A3 Performance Women's VICI Closed Back Tech Suit Swimsuit

This is the second tech suit we have ordered for our daughter. We used the review on the Swim Outlet blog to decide on which suit to purchase. We are used to ordering by measurements, but Swim Outlet did not have the actual measurements for the size guide for this suit, so we had to go on what they provided, which was simply height and weight. As such, the suit was too big when my daughter tried it on. When we received the suit, the box had the actual measurements on it, which would have been helpful when deciding on the size to order. After trying it on and realizing it was too big, we wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. After live chat with a representative, we were told that Swim Outlet does not have an exchange policy or option. The only way to exchange it is to purchase the new size, send back the old size and wait for a refund. Our coupon code was not guaranteed to be applied to the second purchase. I did not feel comfortable with almost $1000 in suit costs just sitting out there ($400 plus tax and shipping per suit), so we decided to just return the suit to swim outlet for a full refund and use that money to purchase the suit directly through the retailer, A3 Performance, who is selling the item for the exact same price and has more color options. Disappointing customer service experience was a surprise after our other positive experiences with Swim outlet.
