The medium should have easily fit but it was too tight and I felt I was being chocked at my neck line. I think someone would need to be 160lbs or less to wear this size. I am 170.

Bought this wetsuit for my first open water triathlon. In a sport that seems to burn hundred dollar bills I was excited to find a good quality product at a reasonable price (for a triathlon wetsuit). The suit has been great. A nice snug fit while still being fairly easy to get in and out of. I'm 6', 190 lb and bought the large. I'm a very strong swimmer and enjoy having my arms free. The suit provides me a enough buoyancy without me losing touch with the water or my natural stroke. I've used body glide around my armpits and neck, but only as a precaution. I haven't experienced any rubbing. I haven't pushed the limits too much on the water temp. I've typically been in mid to upper 60 degree water and (after the initial plunge) the suit has kept me very comfortable. Overall a great purchase and so far one that seems will last until my needs advance.

Doesn't get much better than this for the money. I purchased the large size. I am 6 feet and 195 lbs. Not too hard to get on, which is my preference and it still feels good in the water. I have only used it 4 times so far with zero complaints. Our lakes just got 60 to degrees and the sleeveless is perfect for 1.5 mile swims and shorter.

this is the second wetsuit I have ordered from swim outlet...disappointed in both!!!!...neither fit!!!....the chart says weight up to 215 pounds...I am 190...not fat, but muscular build....no way I can comfortably fit in either suit....forget it!!!!...shop somewhere else....I know you don't want to hear this, but it is what it is.

Fits great the xterra sizing chart was spot on with sizing. The wetsuit fits snug but is still just as flexible as needed to swim well.
