I use this jacket in the pool for my swim aerobics class as I am too cold in 80 degree water! I like that the arms have a lighter weight of neoprene than the chest as it allows flexibility for the aerobic arm movements. I also love the fact that it has an adjustable cord at the bottom so one can tighten the bottom to fit and so that it doesn't ride up in the water!
