Water Works Aqua Combo Splash DVD + CD

I really liked the variety in this workout. It has some great muscle strengthening moves, cardio, even ballet. The stretch section at the end was great.

I really enjoyed this workout. I watched the DVD inside a couple of times and then took the CD to the pool. The first couple times I forgot one or two of the exercises so had to go back in to watch it again. Now I'm a pro. It has aerobics, lots of great sculpting moves and I loved the yoga ending.

I found this DVD to be pretty boring, uncreative, blah....I was hoping to get a feel for water aerobics routines, as I intend to teach, but this one just put me to sleep.

I'm in charge of a group of seniors who have tried this workout many times. It's very frustrating; those doing water aerobics should be able to get the moves without having a TV poolside. I find it more useful to focus on fewer moves with more repetitions. It's more useful with advanced water aerobicisers.
