Teeki Unicorn Wrangler Hot Yoga Leggings

i'll be honest, i only purchased these because they're epic. i mean, unicorns and the desert? however; after wearing them i'm totally in love. i read a ton of reviews before i bough them though, since it hurts my heart a little to fork out $80 for pants simply because they look like my soul. first, i read that they fall down a little, but i don't think that is actually what is happening , even though it can feel like it. the band is suuuuper wide. making the part where the band attaches, like the stitching there, VERY low cut, and that is what you feel more than the band, so it feels like they're sliding down. secondly, no one mentioned that the material is the craziest stuff i've ever seen. i imagine it's similar to how it would feel if you were to wear a cold and breathable balloon? they're the craziest thing. like so rubbery, but totally breathable. like i get colder wearing them, so they're great for hot yoga. duh. i felt like i was on the cusp of medium and a large, but i had read to size down if you were. i am so glad i bought the mediums instead of the large. i am positive that the large would have been to big. maybe i just have a skewed sense of my body, but i never trust the sizing of brands i've never tried before. for reference i'm 5 ft 6 in and about 135 lbs., so relatively average but i have the thighs of an equestrian (am i right?) so a lot of things i size up on simply to get over those babies. i was crazy worried about them being see through when i pulled them…
