Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Love the colors of this suit. Fabric is soft and durable. Have worn for about 15 workouts so far and no issues with fade. 5'-11", 170lbs. Normally wear 32 and 32 fit fine.

I love the cut and fit! I was surprised there is no front liner, but that’s perfect as I usually cut them out. I’m 5’11” and 215 lbs and I lift, so I have big thighs and a big butt, the size 38 fits me perfectly. The brief sits on my hips and is not too tight in the front, perfect balance of support and bulge. When lap swimming in the pool or in my swim spa at home, they stay in place and feel as if I’ve nothing on at all. They are also great for lounging in the yard and on the boat as the colors and print are fantastic! Bright and brilliant against tan skin. I highly recommend.
