Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Arrived today and was able to use it for a cool winter night swim. The internal lining is a soft baby pink as well as soft to touch, feels like a warm blanked snuggling you. The outer shell blue is really nice. Not too dark like a navy.
I would of liked an internal zip pocket, like another Sporti parka has.

Absolutely wonderful! I got a medium and I am 5' 3" and it hits just below my knees. My only complaint is the hood is slightly smaller than preferred, but it still fits alright. Very high quality fabrics. Also the colors are so perfect!
