Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I really like the style and design. It doesn't look like your average suit and has the performance of a typical suit. I will say that there is no support in the chest, but that is not an issue for me. If you are a C/D+ cup I would avoid this suit.
