Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Have used once and they worked great! The first thing I noticed is they have excellent grip on the wet locker room floor, and I felt safe walking to the pool.I like that closure is adjustable, for “just right” fit, and no worries for too tight or too loose.And lastly they are lightweight, so could swim in them as needed, without feeling that I need to take them off in class.

I ordered an 8 and was sent an 8W..They are so big they looked like they’d fit an elephant. Rather than spend the money to return them I will donate them to a thrift store .
