Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is my 2nd Sporti jammer suit. I buy it because it saves me money and I absolutely love the loud colors. Sporti does use thinner material than Tyr and so these suits don't last as long, but that's a trade-off I'll take for the loud colors and the cost savings.
