Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I was a little incredulous when I saw all the 5 star reviews but this clip stayed on my entire 3K yd workout. I had been using the Sp**do clip and it would regularly slide off right at the all-out end of my workout, no fun. So we'll see how it goes.
