Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Measure from the center back neck over the shoulder, along the outside of the arm with am relaxed to the wrist.

Colors are awesome! Way brighter than I was expecting. Fits true to size for me, just a tad snug just above the knee, but I have big legs. Has a drawstring, which I prefer, but don't think that is listed in the details. Love them!
