Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is a beautiful suit. I usually use racer style suits but it wouldn't fit the whole Eiffel Tower, so I went with the jammer. It looks amazing! Fits well, too. I'll be in Paris in a couple weeks and plan to take it with me to swim in our hotel pool. (But not the Seine!)
