Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Looks great, good for lap swim or a pool party. Fit is good for training and straps are comfortable on the shoulder. This is my second time buying this, and the last suit held up well for a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the purchase.

Looks good, fits great. Straps aren't all that wide but they are wide enough to feel better on the shoulders and they're a lot more durable than skinny ones.
