Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

This is a great swim cap in fun colors. It doesn't seem big at all, but it definitely stays down on my long hair (which I braid when swimming) better than regular-sized caps.

This cap was purchased at the same time as the Speedo and it is so much better fitting on my large head. I doubt it will last as long as the Speedo bc it’s much thinner material but for now it is working well. And since it’s cheaper I will continue to buy replacements.
