Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I'm addressing All ages ,I'm 69 yrs old and still swimming along... suite fits comfortably,looks great and not overly revealing..
But definitely not like an OLD lady suit..
