      Works.

      This seems sturdy, and is a better resistance level for some of my rotator cuff exercises than the blue one. Easy to thread one handle through the other to change resistance.

      Light Resistance

      The light cord is easy for younger kids to use for dry land training. Great fir upper body strength. I recommend this cord for 7 to 13 years old.

      This light resistence was the perfect choice and resistence enough for my 50ish, swimmer's arms to strengthen them in my dry land routine.
