Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have a small head and most headgear [one-size-fits-all] doesn't work for me. I bought a kids swim cap a while back because it was all I could find on a business trip at a Walgreens. Bingo...now all I buy is child size swim caps. Also if you haven't tried silicone over latex you need to! So much nicer on long hair and doesn't get stuck together when it dries.

My daughter prefers these stretchy silicone caps to the latex ones. They last a good deal longer than the latex ones, and she's not one to constantly lose her caps, so they're worth it.
