Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

My son wears a 22 and the waist of these is over an inch larger when I line them up than the speedo brand he also wears. These are huge. It’s the smallest size for his team suit though so it’ll just have to work. Also, the fabric is different than I’ve seen before. It feels cheap, but time will tell about the durability.
