Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have ordered just about every brand for my swimmer and these are the only ones he will wear. 5 stars for comfort. I wish they lasted longer but he is in the pool 5 or 6 days a week. We are going to try and not dry these to see if they last longer

Im 5 10 middle age guy 178 to 182lbs. My torso is longish and my inseam is 32. My pants are typically 33 waist but sometimes 32. I think these run big as far is in the thigh and seat compared to previous suits I have had. I got size 34 and the waist is tight but Im pretty full figured and could probably do a size 32 as they sorta expanded in the water after my first swim and my junk liked the freedom of not being squashed. they come well above the knee which I like. I bought two suits and after I swim another time I may exchange the one I havent swam in for a 32..I can hardly believe i could fit in a 32 based on my history with jammers...I have liked sporti since I first swam in them maybe like 10 yrs ago and would recommend them for quality and value and comfort. The tend to hold up better than most...I look for the poly blend and not nylon.
