Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I have ordered the Sporti unitards for 15 years. They fit well and allow me to move in all directions without bunching or pinching. I only rinse them and let them air dry and they last a long time. If a seam comes loose (after years of wearing) I stitch them up and keep going. This allows me to always have a dry suit when teaching both a morning and evening classes.
