Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

The fabric is soft and light, yet because it's 100% polyester, it is strong. I have multiple Sporti jammers,YOU MUST SIZE UP. For Speedo and Tyr, I usually wear a 38, but Sporti, I purchase size 40. My only negative comment is their suits are above average tight at the bottom of the leg. I am mainly a cyclist with large quads which may contribute, but they're not uncomfortable enough to stop buying them. good value.

Please note previous review was for this garment not the not Speedo. The Speedo 32 fit waist, but a little tight on thighs. I think Speedo will work. Nice looking garment. The Jammer 30 was a bit too small, see other review.
