Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I bought the XL which was the biggest size offered and was pleasantly surprised when it fit comfortably. It was definitely form fitting as I'm a curvy 16/18, but it worked well and I was not concerned about it riding up or getting in the way if I needed to swim. I paired mine with a well fitted swim bottom skirt and it has been great for work all summer.

Great quality!!! So much better than whatever I had last year which completely came apart (not the same product or color). But obviously beware of the farmer's/everything else but your stomach, chest, and back tan. Otherwise perfect, form-fitting, sucks in my jiggle, and keeps me kinda warmer in the mornings.
