Measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size.
Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front.
Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Wore it twice but can’t tell how warm it is as it’s in June and not cold.
The lining is very soft, first I thought my daughter would not like it as it’s not towel like terry/cotton and she’s very picky about what she wears.
Wish it came with youth XS. I bought two for my small swimmers. It’s pretty big for my 7 years old (about 112cm tall and thin) but it’s way too big for my 5.

This is a present for my Grandchild when they move down (and in). My daughter was concerned about the sizing, so I tried it on for her to view. Perfect (I'm a bit heavier and 19" taller). My grandchild will have plenty of room for summer growth and a year or two of use. The fit and make were excellent, and I was toasty warm, as well.
