Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.
Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

Really cool looking suit and fits just perfect. This is the third Catalyst brief I purchased and I love the fit. I hope Sporti adds more colors maybe one that is vibrant orange or a bright yellow even a sunset color combo. These suits are my new favorites and already have been great for the pool and hot tub. The wife loves my swimming briefs and will get the suit version for herself.
