Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.

I like them. I tend to have my extra weight in the middle of my lower stomach. My legs are super thin, so it was loose at the bottom, which I prefer to have tight, as I swim in competition suits so there's less friction in the water. I had it taken up a few inches above my knee I live in Florida. So that works well for my climate.

Very comfortable but a bit difficult to get on until you get the hang of it! I'm 5'4" and am a swimmer have a very broad back and pretty muscular, wear a size 10-12 and got an XL and it fits perfectly.
