I hard to purchase a battery for the watch because the battery sent was not working. After purchasing a battery it has been a great product.

I was looking for a timer that would just vibrate and not give any sound. This one was perfect. I don’t use it for swimming but in a medical environment. The first one I got the screen had symbols and digits all over it and I couldn’t get it to clear even after removing the battery and restarting it. They promptly sent me a new one with the return label for the old. The new one I got worked for about a month and it was great. Then all of a sudden the program time I put in wouldn’t stay. it would go back to the factory default of 30 seconds. I would reset it and use it and then 10 minutes later back 30 seconds I couldn’t get it to save my time which then defeats the purpose of convenience. But they were good at letting me return it and giving me a refund. Customer service is great.
