We got this suit for my 13 yo daughter for state. Took all the measurements and also spoke to swim outlet customer service. He recommend a size and we went with it. I was very nervous due to the amount of review saying how tight it was. When my daughter tried it on it took her about 45 minutes to get it on at one point we thought it would not fit but with patience and sweat it was a perfect fit. It took about 20 minutes to take it off, so make sure to plan plenty of time.
Ps. I have purchased two tech suits this year for both of my daughters and customer service was super helpful both times in recommendations.

My daughter loves this suit but it fits SMALL. Size up 1-2 sizes compared to other Speedo suits.

My daughter has had several tech suits and ordered her usual size. She couldn’t get this suit past her thighs and she has a very thin build. The sizing guide is not correct. If your child wants this suit, I would strongly consider ordering at least a size up.

We ordered 2 of these Pure Intent 2.0 and my daughter cannot get into it. My daughter falls within the "Size Guide" measurements for size 18. (23" Waist, 28" Chest, 51" Torso, 31" Hips, professionally measured from local swim shop)
Our local swim shop has confirmed that people are returning these to get a bigger size. We are able to return one (not tried on) but the other one we are stuck with trying to resell. You need to put a disclaimer on this product as "runs small, order a size up".
